第一次療程前 3-4 星期停止使用剃刀以外的脫毛方法，如蜜蠟或拔毛鉗

每次療程前 3-4 星期避免在陽光下暴曬

療程當日不可有任何外敷產品在脫毛部位上

療程前 1-2 天及療程數天後只可用剃刀清理脫毛部位

可在療程前 3-4 天前進行輕度去角質療程

療程前避免飲用含有咖啡因或有興奮作用的飲品

如在諮詢與療程之間有健康或藥物上的改變，請告知治療師
