If you are starting
laser treatment

Refrain from waxing, tweezing, plucking, threading, electrolysis or using an epilator for 3-4 weeks before your first laser session.

Avoid sunbeds and
sun exposure

At least 3-4 weeks prior to starting a course of laser hair removal treatments.

Ensure your skin is free from all topical products

Before your laser treatment.

All areas must be
fully shaved

The night before your laser hair removal session. Do not shave on the same day as your treatment.

Lightly exfoliate
the treatment area

5-6 days before your laser treatment.

Avoid caffeine before
your treatment

This stimulate your nerve endings and we want these to be relaxed before treatment

If there is any change in your medical circumstances

Between your initial consultation and your first treatment, please notice our laser therapist.

You can reapply fake tan 4-5
days after treatment

Fake tan can be used throughout your
