療程前 1-2 天及療程數天後只可用剃刀清理脫毛部位

如要進行戶外活動，應塗上 SPF30 度以上的防曬產品

療程後 48 小時內避免健身、桑拿、蒸氣浴、浸溫泉及游泳

建議穿著鬆身衣服，減少皮膚磨擦和出現敏感情況

應經常注意脫毛部位的皮膚保濕狀態

整個脫毛療程期間不應使用曬燈設備

4-5 天後才可進行去角質療程
